Complaints Policy

This Complaints Policy governs the procedure for filing complaints regarding products and services provided by JP Formtech s.r.o.

1. Subject of complaints Only manufacturing defects or demonstrable deviations from the confirmed technical documentation may be subject to a complaint.

2. Manufacturing tolerances The standard manufacturing tolerance for custom bending and forming of materials is ±1.0 mm, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Surface properties During the processing of metal materials, minor technological marks, micro-scratches or handling marks may occur, which are not considered manufacturing defects unless a special surface quality was agreed upon.

4. Filing a complaint A complaint must be submitted in writing without undue delay after receipt of the goods. The complaint must include a description of the defect, photographic documentation, and order identification.

5. Complaint deadline Visible defects must be reported immediately upon receipt of the goods. Hidden defects must be reported without delay upon their discovery.

6. Rejection of complaints A complaint will not be accepted if the part has been further processed, welded, assembled, or modified by the customer or a third party.

7. Technical documentation The customer is responsible for the accuracy of drawings, STEP models, DXF data, and technical documentation.

8. Complaint resolution After assessing the complaint, the company may decide to repair the product, manufacture a replacement part, or provide a reasonable price reduction.

9. Resolution deadline The company undertakes to respond to the complaint within a reasonable time depending on the technical complexity of the case.

10. Governing law This Complaints Policy is governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.

11. Final provisions JP Formtech s.r.o. reserves the right to amend or supplement this Complaints Policy at any time.
